- Passport
(A) Must have validity of 6 months after intended period of travel
(B) Have at least 2 blank pages left.
- Completed Visa Application
- Two Passport photographs
- Copy of return ticket or flight confirmation slip
- If on official visit, Invitation letter from the Tanzania counterpart in Note Verbal or recommendation letter from the company.
- If minor, letter of approval of travel from parental authority or legal guardian required
- Certificate for Yellow fever vaccination
- Proof of Adequate Financial Means
(A) Salary slips/certificate last 6 months
(B) Bank Statement of 6 months with sufficient funds to cover the expense
(C) ITR last 3 years
(D) Form 16
- Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport or receipt/credit card copy along with statement.
