- Passport
(A) Valid for 6 months after travel date
(B) Must have 2 blank pages
- Photocopy of present passport (front and back page)
- Two duly filled application forms
- Two recent passport photographs
(A) 4 x 6 cm
(B) On white background
- Confirmed travel booking with day-to-day travel details
- If visiting for tourism
(A) Copy of letter of invitation from inviting partners (travel agents/tourist companies)
- If visiting family/friends
(A) Copy of letter of invitation from partners
(B) Invitation letter issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan
(C) Proof of relationship
- If visiting for business
(A) Invitation letter from the inviting partners
(B) Visa support letter to be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tashkent.
(C) Letter of confirmation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be sent directly to the embassy in India.
- Proof of Finance
(A) Bank statement for last 6 months
(B) Last 3 years ITR
(C) Foreign exchange endorsement
(D) Copy of credit cards
