Documents Required For Botswana Visa From India
- Passport
(A) Must have validity of 6 months after intended period of travel
(B) Have at least 2 blank pages left.
- One duly filled application form
- Two Passport photographs (3 x 4 cm)
- Photocopy of passport
- Invitation letter from host
- Certified copies of permits (work and residence) or the national identity card (Omang) of the host
- Confirmed Hotel booking, return air ticket, travel itinerary
- Copy of hosts business documents (certificate of incorporation)
- Copy of marriage certificate, birth certificate and ordination certificate (pastors)
- Proof of Funds
(A) Bank account statement for 2 months
(B) ITR for 2 years
(C) Form 16A
If self employed
- A copy of business license and tax return.
If Student
- Submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester.
If Retired
- Submit proof of your retirement fund.
If Business
- Copy of work permit and trade license copy
