(B) Work permit for Thai
- Passport-size Photograph
(A) 3.5 x 4.5 cm
(B) On white background
- Proof of Finance
(A) Bank statement for last 6 months with sufficient balance of up to 500 USD per person per week
(B) ITR of last 3 years (Original and two copies)
(C) Photocopy of Pan Card
- Name and Address of local guarantor in India
- Name and Address of guarantor in Thailand
- If Visa on Arrival, Application Fees in Cash
